Hello There...
My name is Catherine and I love vegetable gardening.I live with my hubby , 2 dogs and 2 hens. We have 5 grown up children who have blessed us with 11 grandchildren. I have always done a bit of gardening over the years, but when I was made redundant 4 years ago I decided to go big time and buy a poly tunnel and a lot of gardening equipment which will keep us going through our retirement in a few years time. We can extent our growing season by growing more and longer in the tunnel. I spend most days in the garden and I get exercise , fresh air and freshly grown vegetables. I just want to share my garden ups and downs with like minded gardeners. We live on a small budget so we re-use, recycle and make as much as we can ourselves. I also make my own chutneys with any gluts and freeze surplus harvests.
I would love you to comment, give advise and share our love of gardening together....
